Our faculty and staff are the heart of our school, bringing both professional excellence and a deep commitment to Christ-centered education. We are passionate about nurturing not only academic growth, but also spiritual development, helping students build a strong foundation in faith, character, and knowledge. With a caring and supportive approach, our team creates a classroom environment where every child feels valued, encouraged, and inspired to grow into who God has called them to be.
Pastor Jamie is an Ordained Bishop in the Church of God and serves as the District Overseer for Myrtle Beach and the surrounding area. He also serves on the State Evangelism Board for the Church of God in South Carolina. He has a heart for those who have been hurt by church, and he has a desire to see the Kingdom of God grow. Pastor Jamie has a one-of-a-kind outlook on how God’s word speaks into our everyday lives, but his passion for righteousness fuels his ministry.

Ms. Natalie Pinkey serves as the Executive Director at Palmetto Pointe Academy. With a background in business, she brings strong leadership and organization to the school. As a mom with experience in private education, she is passionate about creating a Christ-centered environment where students and families feel supported. A member of the Palmetto Pointe Church for over 13 years, her love for the Lord and heart for serving others are at the core of her work.

A member of the Palmetto Pointe Church for over 13 years, her love for the Lord and heart for serving others are at the core of her work.
Mrs. Wood is our lead teacher for 3rd and 4th grade. Before stepping into the classroom, she spent 40 years as a nurse, where one of the most rewarding parts of her career was educating patients about self-care, disease prevention, and healthy living. Teaching has always been a passion of hers, whether through Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, or homeschooling three of her elementary-aged grandchildren during the COVID years. She looks forward to partnering with families to help students grow academically, spiritually, and in their love for the Lord.
